ELEVATING THE EVENT EXPERIENCE
When McDermott’s Private Equity team began planning high-profile events in New York, Miami, and London, I saw an opportunity to break the mold. Instead of relying on standard banners and templated materials, I proposed something the firm had never done before: commissioning custom experiential artwork to bring bold energy to the events.
I reached out to Linda Zacks, a mixed-media artist whose work had been commissioned for McDermott’s New York office. I pitched her on creating a bespoke visual concept that would anchor the events and capture the dynamism of the private equity world.
I led the creative direction and relationship management — developing concepts, aligning with McDermott’s brand, securing executive approvals, and maintaining the budget.
The result was a series of vibrant, hand-crafted pieces that transformed the event spaces, sparked conversation, and set a new standard for McDermott’s event experiences.
This project blended strategic brand thinking, creative leadership, and hands-on execution — delivering something truly new and memorable for the firm.

As AI reshapes the workforce, Adobe needed to show how it creates new opportunities — not just disruption.
I led creative strategy, storytelling, and design across a series of major reports, including the 2024 Creative AI Jobs Report, the Future Workforce Study, and the AI + Career Seeker Report. I worked closely with Adobe’s brand and research teams to structure the storylines, build the visual narrative, and design assets that were both credible and optimistic — including translating complex research data into clean, engaging infographics and data visualizations.
These reports helped Adobe position itself as a leader in the conversation around AI, creativity, and the future of work.

I redefined RJO Futures' brand with a fresh strategy rooted in their "Sage" archetype, positioning them as trusted advisors in futures trading. Working with business development leaders, I helped Mitsubishi Power develop several online content campaigns driven by thought leadership white papers. Each white paper came to me in raw content form with little direction. Working with Edelman New York and Edelman Chicago, I took the creative lead to help repositioned the American Chemical Society (CAS() as “a trusted human partner in a technology-driven world”. The ask was to create a powerful visual message by juxtaposing the human element with abstract laboratory imagery to illustrate how SPEED TO DISCOVERY and shortening the learning curve can dramatically transform business across all parts of the R&D process.
